I’m already a Metas customer — how do I reorder?
Existing customers reorder through the customer portal. Sign in to access your label catalog, order history, and reorder previously approved labels. The form on this page is for new label requests and brand-new customers requesting a first quote.
Is this an order or a quote request?
It’s a quote request. We review your specs, send a custom quote, and only print labels after you approve both the quote and a digital proof. There’s no commitment from you until you accept the quote.
What’s the minimum quantity?
There is no minimum. Request a quote for 50 labels or 500,000 — both are quoted the same way. Smaller runs cost more per label, but we don’t require unit minimums.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files are best: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), .EPS, and print-ready .PDF. We also accept high-resolution .PNG and .JPG when vector isn’t available. Max file size is 40MB per file.
Can you create the artwork for me?
Yes. Our design team creates print-ready artwork as part of your order. A one-time creation fee applies and is included in your quote. You approve the design before we print anything.
Do I need to provide a die-line?
No. Just give us your final label width and height and we’ll handle the die-line. If you have a specific shape (oval, rounded corners, custom cut), tell us in the notes and we’ll confirm in your proof.
How does the proof process work?
After you approve the quote, we send a digital proof for your sign-off. You verify color, content, and layout. We don’t print until you approve. Standard runs ship within 7–10 business days of proof approval.
